Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere, Dry Process  –  $10.99 per pound

This dry process coffee is light and fruity, tea-like, with good acidity. When we open our jar, we think of Michigan blueberries. This coffee is amazing to smell. From Oromia Coffee Farmers Union. Fairly Traded, Shade Grown.

What is Dry Processed Coffee? A coffee process that involves harvesting and drying the beans while still in the cherry. Dry-processed coffees often have less acidity and heavier body than their washed counterparts. That explains the fruity.
